Paid for technican assembly of BXE216. Scheduling was a nightmare since he wanted to come when it was convenient for him rather than work hours available (wanted to take day off when he was supposed to be available for work). I was promised $100.00 off and never received it.
When using the elliptical, the console stops at Paused ever 2-3 seconds no matter which routine I choose. This is obviously NOT ACCEPTABLE to workout with!
I called on 26 May 2020. spoke to Tyler G after being on hold 2.5 hours. Said he could not schedule a tech and was sending part with a CRANK PULLER and he would call when he could schedule. Only part received.
He called back on 04 June 2020, left message that he was calling back the next day. He stated a technician is available. Six days later, no callback from Tyler G.
Today, 10 June 2020, I am on hold for 2.3 hours and Kenneth answers. I got disconnected from the call and NOW I AM ON HOLD AGAIN, so far 1.75 hours.
This company is HORRIBLE and I do not recommend them or their products.
